- To promote communal harmony among different caste and religious communities in society and stimulate them for their socio-economic development.
- Optimum utilization and proper management of the local available resources for sustainable rural development in the tribal areas.
- To combat girl child and women trafficking and sexual abuse from the state Jharkhand.
- To promote Mother and Child Health Care and community health, hygiene and sanitation in the tribal and rural areas of the state Jharkhand.
